Outcome:

  • BayNel were appointed to support a privately owned specialist cleaning company with ambitious growth plans, to develop their first ESG Strategy  

  • The business works predominantly in the public sector and were facing challenges in responding to Environmental, Social and Governance questions in tenders

  • Working in partnership with a Social Impact Consultancy, BayNel focused on the development of the Environmental components of the strategy, including:

  • The completion of their first Carbon Footprint

  • Setting carbon reduction targets

  • Completing their first Carbon Reduction Plan in line with PPN 06/21
