Outcome:

  • BayNel were appointed to support a global telecommunications provider in developing a social value strategy which would enable them to bid for public sector opportunities

  • ·BayNel initially undertook an insights phase of work to better understand current activity, review competitors, assess level of ambition and identify the most material social value issues for them and the services they provide

  • On completion a social value framework was developed that was appropriate to the business size and the remote delivery of their services   

  • A range of social value programmes were developed to support the key priorities of the framework

  • In addition, BayNel developed a social value policy, external booklet, implementation, and accountability plan together with draft bid content to help on work winning. This aligned to the social value model requirements.
